Toxicology Solutions, Inc. has been providing toxicology consulting services since 2012, and Toxicology Solutions and ADME Solutions have been affiliated partners since the inception of ADME Solutions in 2016. The services both companies provide to our clients have been very complimentary, as toxicology and ADME are critical components of the nonclinical safety package, and they continue well beyond that space into clinical development. With the close working relationship between the companies, we have decided to officially merge them together into Toxicology Solutions, Inc., effective July 1, 2021.
We are excited with this strategic transition to allow our clients the ability to work with one company for their toxicology and DMPK services. We are committed to continue to provide our clients with the exceptional service and responsiveness they have come to appreciate when working with us. With this union, our clients will enjoy the same dedication and exemplary service they've come to expect from each of our companies.
